Giveaway Terms & Conditions
From time to time, Cascable may conduct giveaways on social media or elsewhere. Such giveaways are covered by the following terms and conditions:
Entries

Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be discarded. Entrants must be age 18 or higher.

Employees, contractors, and other persons with a business or financial relationship with Cascable are exempt from entry, unless that relationship is only that of a customer. Friends and family of such persons are also exempt from entry.

Personal information given in order to facilitate the entry (for example, contact details so that Cascable can contact prize winners) will only be used for the purpose of performing the giveaway, and will be stored in a GDPR-compliant manner. Should the entrant also opt-in to other uses of their information (for example, subscribing to a newsletter), such information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Entry start and end dates, as well as entry instructions, will be communicated clearly within each giveaway’s material.
Prize Draw

The prize draw will be conducted and winners contacted privately with next steps within two weeks of the closing date of entries. Cascable may request permission to announce winners publicly on social media or elsewhere, but winners may decline this request without affecting their eligibility to receive their prize.

Winners will have two weeks to claim their prize once contacted. Should a prize not be claimed, a redraw will be made and the new winner contacted. The original winner will forfeit their prize.
Prize Delivery

Prizes are not transferrable, nor exchangeable for cash.

In the case of physical prizes, Cascable will pay for initial shipping costs to the recipient’s address. Cascable accepts no liability for any import or customs fees that may be incurred, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Cascable’s giveaways are run by Cascable AB, registered company 559003-0705 in Sweden.

Cascable makes no claim of endorsement or sponsorship by platforms its giveaways are posted on.
